The website, leonistores.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

ordered unit on 6-4-2019 received e-mail saying order received, next said order shipped, order #1095. Months later I received in the mail a small plastic envelope ...inside was a shipping invoice listing Mobile phone holder and Desktop Plotter Laser Engraver. Only phone holder was listed as shipped. This is a 3" circle of foam. Laser listing did not show it was shipped.
I bought a laser engraver on Feb.26th 2019 and never received it. Out $50.00.Emailed support several time with no results. Would at least like my $50.00 back.
Purchased a laser engraver in June, 21. Recieved a very fast shipping notice, then nothing; have tried to contact/ message the store... nothing. It is now August 29... Fifty dollars out the window.
I ordered the laser in May and got confirmation email and they took my money. Is now August and no email responses to me, no customer service to contact and store closed. Kissed $50 bye bye!
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Same here...ordered...no response from emails or Facebook messages....going through bank to get my money back
