They have snatched my money without me receiving the product. I kept tracking my order which took more than 40 days to deliver to the UAE - and it was not even under my name. The website said the ordered is delivered and received by the customer!When I called the courier said it was under someone else’s name and they have received it already. I sent the “support” team an email only to notice they would never reply!The issue still hasn’t been resolved and I haven’t even received my order neither have I got a refund!
