Docluxury located at docluxury.com or eur.docluxury.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to electronics. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

    I paid $169 for a hand pan instrument to eur.docluxury and Never received even after asking for a refund. They do send information saying oh here’s the tracking number that does not ever come to be. The website says it’s closed down. I cannot seem to get help getting a refund through Venmo either. I have a stream of emails with someone supposedly from that company name Judith Agnes. And another one in Bell. Is there any way of recuperating my money electronically?
