I ordered wet mop and pads in December 2019, received the pads, but never got the wet machine that goes with the pads and as of 5/20/20 still nothing; tried leaving e-mails, got no response, also a phone number busy signal, guess its a spam pd 39.00. if someone out there can help I would appreciate it
