ordered 3 Silver American Eagle dollar coins Brilliant Uncirculated 2020, 2016 and 2013. Received 3 counterfeit coins dated 1906. The first American Silver Eagle dollar coin was minted on November 24, 1986.
I tried to purchase two coins from them. Didn't arrive, and when checked found they had been returned to Certgin by customs. In emails with them, I was informed "the carrier couldn't contact you" hence the reason the product was returned to the sender. I have asked for a refund several times but they keep saying the items are on the way. This is the latest offering from them "So can I suggest that we issue a 60% partial refund as compensation? This will end the transaction and save you time. Do you agree?" I have told them it is an insult as I haven't received anything. till awaiting a response.. this is now two months in total since the original purchase..DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
