Unfortunately they stole my money too, I bought a nice toy for my baby boy, last year, but I never received, this is very sad and dishonest
I placed an order in June, and like everyone else, I have order#, tracking#, shows order placed, order shipped, no tracking information and nothing after being told my order was on the way. It was taking longer because of Covid. Now they will not answer my emails.
I ordered from this place in May and yet to received my order. Now they did not respond me at all. Earlier they keep telling me my order is on the way till now.
I placed a order in June and no order, they took my money. The tracking number does not work and it was coming from China, they ripped me off

I ordered from this place in May and haven't received my order yet. They responded one time telling me my order was on it's way and have received nothing since.
I ordered for my granddaughters birthday ordered on June 3rd for August still, got no order, they say been shipped every time, it's a scam.
I ordered from them and got my order it did take sometime but I got it. I also emailed them and they answered me. So I hope you get your order soon.
I have order also in Mayra of 2020 and still we are in July 2020 and have not gotten my Order its the fair you work hard for you money for this people to take it like nothing.They should put a stop to people like this
I ordered in May 2020. It's still not here. Were in July....these people need to be arrested!!!
I ordered from them in May this year and then received an email saying the item had been dispatched I clicked in link to track the order and nothing was there. I have now put a dispute through PayPal.
I have had to open a dispute with PayPal just to get them to respond. Their website disappeared. The domain name was registered 6.2.2020. And already it is gone, saying a new website with a new name will appear there soon (cozifami.com). I ordered a Father’s Day gift and am out of 200.. dollars so far.
