Its a total scam. They will never deliver the product. Don't order anything from them.

Batilo is a fraudulent company. I ordered resistance bands in March and never received them. The company is unable to provide valid tracking information or tell me where my package is. They are refusing to refund me and told me to check my local post office and just keep waiting. Total scam.

I ordered resistance bands from Batilo.com off Facebook in March 2020. When I contacted them about a tentative delivery date, I was contacted by service3 and they provided me a tracking number. Two weeks ago the tracking number became expired. When I contacted service3, they said the bands had been returned as undeliverable and wanted me to let them keep half the purchase price for THEIR trouble. Definitely a scam.

I bought resistance bands from Baitilo.com. Not only did they take 92 days to ship, but they are not as advertised. The "carabiners" (Silver attachment piece) are not rated for any weight, they have the strength of a trinket on a keychain. After testing out the resistance bands with all bands on: the carabiner snapped. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYING THIS AS IT LEFT ME WITH A BRUISE FROM THE WHIPLASH**

BUYER BEWARE! It has been TWO MONTHS since I ordered the resistance band set, and their tracking site STILL lists the product being in China. They have replied to emails, instructing them to cancel and refund, but just apologize for the delay, and thank me for patience I never expressed.

I have not received my package either so how does a person get their money back?

I ordered early March, have heard nothing since. It's now 7 weeks. I have sent 2 emails and still nothing

I would highly recommend NOT to buy any products from this company as they do take your money easily but shipping of these products is NOT consistent with other reputable businesses. I ordered on April 5 and I was just sent an email (4/21) that the product will take an additional 10-15 days of shipping. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY

Yep, me too. Looks like a scam.

  • April 2, 2020 at 12:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Phoenix, Arizona, United States

I ordered a set of resistance bands from Batilo.com and never received. I am not getting any responses from their customer service team. There website has disappeared. While it was up, they did not list a phone number to call.

    Scam!

This happened to me too. For about a week the website was shut down. Now I just got an email saying it has shipped and the website is operational?
