I purchased a watch from them more than 4 months ago never received it, they are a scam as far as I am concerned

I agree-unfortunately too late. I did receive a product, but it was NOT the product I purchased. Looked like a "bait and switch" for an inferior product. Do not purchase from them! Their customer service is a joke and does not solve the problem.

I ordered an item on April 10th 2020 and the tracking said it was despatched the same day. A week later it was supposedly at the airport from departure from China. 6 weeks later no update. Paypal complaint prompted them to ask me to "just wait a week or so more". The item arrived June 10th and was a counterfeit version that was a simple plastic extrusion of what was supposed o be an "animatronic baby yoda"

I am trying to get a refund from PayPal but not confident

4 months and still waiting for my item

Same here. They promise everything and do nothing. I am waiting now for more the 5 weeks for my Omega Watch. Nothing.
They even send me a track and trace code which give for 5 weeks now the message " Shipment information received" .
Asked for a refund and now they don't respond at all

We have been waiting for 4 months nothing numerous emails I have sent but still nothing

This company lets you purchase and when you notice nothing is happening with your order, they respond immediately, leaving you with the feeling that they have great customer service. After that, you will never hear from them again! I tried their 877 phone number on their website under “Contact” and it is disconnected. I did purchase a second watch 2 days later before I realized what was happening and it has moved along just fine. The original was a very inexpensive Omega watch, so I believe they are doing the old “Bait & Switch”.
