The worst!!
The size I ordered was too tight!! I have never had to return a size 13 shoes in my life because they did not fit. Shoe size not clearly shown on shoe either. Customer service was to send me a replacement in size 14 after I paid almost the value of the shoe to ship it back to their warehouse in china. Silly me. When my replacement arrived it was a completely different shoe, not the Harvards I returned and paid for. Reached out again said they will rush order my correct shoes . Received the rushed order , it was the exact same shoe that I never ordered . Still no Harvards and stuck with 2 pairs of some ugly shoe that’s not even on the website.. SMH!! I can’t!!! Now no one responds to me about the stupidity that is going on ? How hard is it to exchange a shoe for a larger size??? Run from this website and block their email. You have been warned my friends!!

I ordered yesterday madixa shoes for my son and it says in 2 days is the delivery. I trust God if this is a scame I will destroy them

Scammiest of scams! Never received my order, and never received a refund. They should be stopped!

Yes is a scam, I paid for the expedited shipping and it took twice as long an no refund. Finally got the shoes and the leather? Is construction paper thin. The first day I wore them, an eyelet broke. I work a call center job and it I even walked 1/8 of a mile before they broke, I would be surprised. Email gets you nowhere.

Bought my husband a pair of shoes last holiday season (2019) and while delayed, once they arrived, he has worn them almost exclusively. He mentioned about 3 weeks ago that he wanted to figure out where I bought them. Went through old emails and found the site again. Ordered 3 pairs this time and they've already arrived. Wrapping up 2 for him to enjoy. Hate that others have not been as satisfied, but we definitely have been!

This place is a SCAM guys, stay clear and keep your $$$$$$

I have been waiting for my order for over 2 months and still have not received my 2 pair of shoes or a refund. They should be put out of business for their poor business.

I purchased these boots, arrived but not fit for purpose, told to return them at additional cost of £16.50, never got my refund even though I tracked the return, waste of £75.

You will never receive your order. A total rip off.

Don't order shoes at that company!Better put your money in a garbage can. There you can get at least the money back.

I believe this is a scam. I ordered shoes around 5-19 and they still aren't here. I never received an order confirmation or a tracking number.I've tried to investigate on my own but without this information, I'm lost. Don't spend your hard-earned money on this product.

I was scammed by this company called Madixa. I purchase 2 pairs of their boots and haven't received them yet it's been over a month I Want My Money Back!!!!!

Unfortunately it takes way longer than they say to receive. Especially with covid-19 its taking way longer as they are coming from China. I received the shoes and absolutely ove them, BUT they sent size 9 mens and I need size 9 women's. Its going to cost me over $100 to send back so guess what they will be garbage. So disappointed.

I think I have been scammed from Madixa boots I ordered awhile back and they told me today they was delivered but they haven't been took my 69.99 and no boots
