FORMATER is most definitely a SCAM! I ordered a $57 sliding door pet door from them, waited 3 MONTHS for it to ship to me and the day I received it I got 2 cheap white surgical face masks instead. I am outraged!

Exact same thing happened to me today! I waited 3 months for my pet door, and today I received 2 white surgical face masks instead. Tracking number is the same.

Same! I’m dealing with PayPal now trying to get my money back. I got a package that had the same tracking number on it in the mail today... it was a cloth face mask!!!! 😡

Ordered a dog bed in March. Still hasn’t arrived. Opened a case with PayPal which is pending currently.
