Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

These people are low life scum bags. I placed an order on April 15 and I still haven’t received it. They said they shipped it three times and it must’ve gotten lost. When I ask for my money back they told me they would only be able to give me $60 back because of all the shipping charges they incurred trying to get my order to me. Then they told me I would have to give them my banking information to get my money back
I placed an order for #18 of organic cashews on April 22, 2020, which never arrived, however I received a couple of masks in a package with the same tracking number as my original order. Paypal denied my complaint. Then I realized that I was scammed with the same modus operandI as other shoppers. I''m located in Venice, FL.
They are extremely unwilling to issue a refund too. At first, they asked if I would be happy with a $40 refund. I refused and offered them $2 for the crappy face masks I would never wear. They haggled back and forth and even though I "stuck to my guns" they pretty much told me that I would be getting all but $5-7 back for there "shipping costs" I was very clear in the fact that I don't care a single whit about their "costs" but I suppose $5-7 short is better than nothing.My bank wouldn't even refund and I have yet to hear from PayPal. At this point, I would just be happy so none of you guys will fall for the scam like I did. They are truly too "good" to be true
Same just happened with my boyfriend. Took 3 months for it to come. Ordered a trampoline for $68 and just received 2 face mask.
Well I unwittingly joined this club. I bought a "trampoline" and recieved two crappy face masks. Initially I was flabbergasted when I got those masks. Reading these comments it all makes sense. I suppose I have to try my bank for a refund then
I didn't know this a scam. So I ordered a fitness bike. The store address is in Canada. But the email reply is from China. After 3 months, I received a small package with 2 face masks inside instead of the fitness bike. I paid by PayPal. I don't know how to open the dispute case. Please don't trust "lowpock.top" ... fake store
It is definitely a scam and I will be filing a claim with my bank and report them as well.
A total scam use my credit card was able to get my money back. Reported them.
The same happened to me. Ordered a trampoline for $66.82 and a month later received 2 face masks. I made the purchase through PayPal and was able to get a refund. Scam website!!

Same as above happened to me. Paid $66 for a trampoline and got a package with one face mall inside. I filled a claim and then They had the audacity to all for a photo of the package and told me they sent the wrong item because it has been a hot item... they also only wanted to send me $55 instead of the full amount back
I paid $66.82 for a trampoline on April 22, 2020 and as of today May 19, 2020 I have not received ANYTHING I have called and reported this company I suggest you all do the same so we can have this site removed so they aren't able to continue to scam more people. The number I called in addition to reporting it to my credit card is 1(877)382-4357 make sure to tell them the website, the email they used if they responded to you, what day you paid, and the amount you paid.
I Ordered a trampoline and never received it; the money came out of my account and I’m really disappointed I couldn’t understand how somebody could be the way that they reacted and take the money without sending the product or where is my product if it is taking them time to send it due to the epidemic that is happening.They should email me and let me know what is going on and keep me updated through the process the entire time. I will be going to go to my bank and file a claim for the money that was taken for the amount for the trampoline and press charges to the persontThat received the money because it was a huge scam and you did it just for the money without anything in return, which is wrong for anybody and everybody that lives in the United States, because that’s the reason they don’t shop online because of you
I believe the site is a scam. I was trying to purchase a trampoline said it was 66 dollars with free shipping, next thing I know my payment fails, not because I did not have money in my account... fraud dept. calls me like literally right after and tells me if I was trying to make a 74 dollar payment and I told them no, same purchase they said turns out to be from that website. Long story short, luckily I didn't go thru with it, its a scam site from China.
Same happened to me, except my payment went thru (for the trampoline) and today I received my package....a pack of FACE MASKS that I PAID $77.00 TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE!
I just had the same thing happen today. It took a month to get here, and it’s two face masks. I didn’t know it was coming from China, they have a WA mailing address. I’m calling my credit card company tomorrow.
