Is Kokoerp a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

Yes it is a scam ! I contacted American Express who refused to get my money back - they want proof of advertising but of course I can't find anything !

I would like to know if Gtynlcz on line store sells coats a legitimate buisness or a scam

What is the store's website address or URL?

I do not know what the order is that is referred to in email I received (see below). Email to contact does not exist. Is there any way that I can find out what order is or what to watch for on my credit card?

I ordered a remote control helicopter from this company. I took several weeks for my product to arrive, only to be the WRONG product. After contacting the company email, they wanted to "apologize" for their mistake, and blamed it on the warehouse. Then they offered me a 5% discount and I could keep the product they sent me. Next email was a 10% discount. I have made it abundantly clear that I will not accept anything less than a full refund, and I'm still waiting for a response. My next step is to contact the FTC for assistance. This product was advertised on Facebook. I will not order anything advertised on Facebook again.

I ordered a life like shark and I got a tiny plush stuffed animal!

I ordered a Solar Ionizer for my swimming pool. I paid $30 for it. What I received was a miniature tablet floater. It is so small that I don't even know where you could find tablets that small. It is absolutely worthless too me. I notified them about receiving the wrong item. They NEVER address the Solar Ionizer, they only want to refund me $2. I asked them who I would essentially be paying # 28 for something that I would just be throwing in the trash. I have asked if they even have the Solar Ionizer and (4 times now) and that question is NEVER answered. They even had the audacity to over me a 50% discount on my next purchase (like I would EVER buy anything by them again. If they were to send the $2 it would be interesting to see what they would substitute for the money!

I ordered a folding work table with clamps for my work to use as a saw and work bench. It looked great in their Facebook adverts and a good price. What I received was a toy table about 8 inched in size. I've been emailing them every day for a refund and all I get is complete lies. They had the audacity to offer me a refund of 5 dollars. No way, as I paid £40.
I'm not letting this rest. Every advert I see their name on, I'll be there warning people what a malicious scamming bunch of scum they are. PayPal is my next call for a refund and I'll be contacting Facebook.

I ordered a 17" Real Lifelike Journey Baby Doll from cargadgets.com. I seen advertisement on Facebook. I paid $37.98 that includes shipping. When doll finally arrived 1 1/2 months later, contacting them often, it was hideous and only 9" long and is not worth more than $3.00. Email is cha3zu-kokoerp.com. I'm in the process of emailing them back to ask for full refund. Thank goodness I went through Paypal! Wish me luck!

Through an instagram link, I ordered a mask with the Pennywise print. I went to check the status of my order, and my computer at work displays that the site is harmful, and shut me down. So I tried the website, www.healthlives.store, and nothing comes up. The page is blank!

I had screenshot my order, and the email at the bottom of the page is meiyourenzhid-kokoerp.com. That's what brought me to this website. I don't have a lot of money, and I paid $17.98 including shipping, as I really wanted this mask for my work.

I don't understand how people can be so nasty, and ruthless. How can you steal from people?
I'm disgusted.

Also had issues with them. Let's file a collective claim. That would make the fraud amount hire and allow to open a criminal case.

This company has used my private listing photos and description to scam people into buying. It has my name on the items unfortunately and therefore I am concerned that others may think it is me that is scamming them!

Ok, happened to me as well. My biggest concern is not the lost money (don't really expect anything returned to me, but will play their game for a bit to see what happens), I want to know if anyone here knows any way to go about getting a business like them shut down! I really think they need to be stopped, and also agree that PayPal is also not taking responsibility for their part in allowing this scam to continue.

Been waiting since Septembee 6th 2020 for puppy like REAL life hand built 39.99. Off off FB. Several times I have contacted the so called company by email. I receive appropriate friendly response. Just realized they are the same company that scammed me of a cool looking litter box. What I did recieve was a p**p scoop. Kid size. Same experience here. It's a shame that PayPal is complicit in deception and thievery. Perhaps they get a kickback from the scammers. Otherwise, why let this continue? It's a shame that those who purport to hold a good name can stoop so low!

I had the exact same experience - a different China Postal cod and address. My last offer was $4. They told me it was too expensive to return to China so just keep and give to relative. I emailed back and told them I would be ashamed to give to ANYONE!

Oh my gosh. If you ever across with their products on Facebook or Instagram, just DON'T BUY! I bought a carpenter multI square, took month to get it. After its delivered, I saw this piece of garbage.
The body is painted plastic not metal, lock lever does not work at all.
Now I have to go through to get refund.

I ordered 3 pair of so called Vionic shoes. First it took 6 weeks to get them and they are a knock off . I have a real pair and Vionic is printed in the sole. They were marked with a sticker denoting the size which said they were all the same size but all are different . Have corresponded with mariamcdowell-kokoerp.com and asked for a refund. The answer was that I pay for the return shipping which she said is expensive and previous returns were lost on the way. Only on receiving the product would they credit my account. Have not received a return address . What a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have reported to a dispute to my bank.

Your company is a big ripoff.

I made the mistake of ordering ear pods and 6 watches, 14 emails later and nothing. I may have waited to long to dispute this with my bank but I will tell everyone I know what a ripoff this place is. Someday, someone will find them and put an end to these people for good. I lost $180.24, the price of a 7.62 is about $.90, which should be bought next.
