Is Trouserholic.com a Scam? Review of the Online Store

Sent boots back to China with customs declaration and receipt. Trying to get info for full refund.. anyone have a legit email or phone number for these idiots?

I did receive my order but the sizing is WAY OFF? Now there isn’t a way to contact them for exchange or refund. Not legitimate items listed.

Facebook is a scam they do not check out who is selling on their website. Since they have a fact check system they need to check. Every company for being legitimate done buying on facebook.

Oh, I have contacted Facebook and Google about scams like this and they don't do anything why?

They sent me three things that I didn’t order. Just want to know how to send these back so I can get what I ordered.

Contact your credit card or better yet, call PAYPAL and put in a claim IMMEDIATELY. This company is a sham. They will send you poor quality items that are guaranteed not to fit right! Plus they dont match the photos you saw in the ad.
I bought boots and a few sweatshirts. What I recieved where NOT sweatshirts, they where thin, shiny, synthetic shirts, poorly cut and badly sewn. Plus everything was much smaller then US sizing. And the boots are a joke. Wrong sizing (again) and very cheaply made. I paid 59.99 for these boots and I wouldnt spend 2.00 on them in a thrift store. So be grateful they sent the wrong c**p. File a claim & remind them that you should NOT be responsible for paying return shipping for items you never ordered and the correct order never arrived. I did this. And I thankfully got my refund.

They have had all my money for over a month, I have none of my order. Only excuses.

I received my order, like everyone else, but when trying to return items the website is down and emails just get returned. O will never get anything off a Facebook ad again.

My plight is like everyone else's. I received part of my order it's all fake it's nothing like is portrayed on the website they got my money $120 same excuses they won't give a return address it cost too much money takes too long to send it back they offer you $5 it's a joke

I was sent stuff I didn’t order and months to get order and asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t refund because it takes too long to receive the product to get a refund. I will never shop there ever again

Bought on Sept 8 2020 emailed and warned people about this company every time I could there are 100s of people that never got their order they got my 100. No problem but I never go anything I started emailing every day only few emails to keep the clock running until it would be too late to open case with PayPal or a credit card co. This is a total scam company DUE NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I WILL CALL SCAM ON EVERY TIME I SEE THERE ADDS PLEASE STOP THIS CO. FROM STEALING PEOPLES MONEY THE FEW POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FOR SURE FAKE. I HATE THEM SO VERY MUCH THEY ARE HURTING LEGET COMPANIES. TRUST ME YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW NEG. EMAILS BUT ON THERE OTHER SITES THERE ARE 100S OF PEOPLE LIKE ME.

I agree with all of your comments because I feel like I've gotten ripped off too none of the clothing I got is the description given and inferior construction there's no hands on one of these shirts all the some of the seams are on the outside that attach to the shoulder The sizes do not run true to the form I mean there's no way anybody could actually wear these in the sizes they've given

Clothing descriptions are deceptive and quality is well below the prices charged. Also they hide the fact that this is a Chinese company. That's why it takes a month to get the order. All the clothing and pair of boots are more like a Halloween costume. Very disappointing and I am mad that I got ripped off! I would not recommend this company.

Still waiting for my order which was ordered and went trough on my credit card September 1! Do not respond to emails and do not leave a contact # by phone. This is the biggest scam ever and I am going to report their asses!!!

Trouseraholic is conning people. Their products are very different from what is advertised/ pictured. For example the “Vintage Tribal Knitted Cardigan Sweater Coat” is not knitted at all but made of t-shirt material.

And their sweatshirts are thin shiny synthetic material that clings to you. Nothing like any sweatshirts made here in the US, they are just cheaply made shirts. Looks like middle school kids made them in Home Ec.(or a sweat shop) SCAM
