Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded. They are based in Bulgaria and are the most ignorant, worthless people on the planet. They do everything possible to scam you with junk products. THEIR RETURN POLICY?!?!!? They are in bulgaria ( I won't capitalize their country because they don't deserve it. I know, I know, it's petty but I feel better) and YOU have to pay shipping to return their junk. AVOID AVOID AVOID.There is nothing they are selling that you can't find somewhere else.This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever dealt with online! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!They have a misleading website that forces you to buy more than you want. I immediately try to cancel, and they say “too bad too late we’re sending it anyway”. I got an email from one of the representatives that says “sorry about that we’d be happy to refund once you get the items”. I try one of the six and it doesn’t work. I don’t even touch the other five. They say sorry you’re not eligible for any refund on anything. I forward them the exact email that one of the representative sent to me and they say “we don’t care”, even though the website says they have the best refund policy out there.
