Horrible company! Took over 2 months to receive my case and it was the wrong one. I have email their customer service 3 times and I haven't received any response. Would not recommend to anyone. SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a cover for the phone that supposedly was indestructible took almost 3 months to arrive arrived all broken. We have tried to contact Pickido through his email but I have no answer.

I ordered a magnetic phone case from Pickido. I waited and waited. I asked for a refuned. I filed complaint with Paypal. What a freakin joke. 2 1/2 months later I got a busted in pieces magnetic phone case. They refuse to refund my money. Wont even answer emails now. Pickido is a scam site. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered the magnetic case and it took 2 months to receive it. I was about to file a claim with PayPal to have my money refunded when the case showed up in the mail - no shipping nor delivery confirmation.

I love the case now that I have it but I will not purchase from this particular site again. It's not worth the worry and fear that you've been scammed.

Ordered HuaweI case. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, enquired about order only to be told a week later there was a delay.

As it was a birthday present decided to cancel order and buy the product elsewhere.

Informed them we wanted to cancel order and a refund.

Heard nothing for another 3 weeks only for them to reply order was now being dispatched. Waste of space and money and still waiting.

I received a totaly different product without the magnetic fromt shield.

I purchased 2 phone cases 3 months ago and have not received anything.

I received confirmation that they received the payment and the order was being processed, however no tracking number.

I have sent several emails and got no reply.

This Matter is now with my solicitor who advised me that I have a legitimate case.

My solicitor deals with cases from scammers who are based abroad and have a 100% success rate.

Pickadoo ..you only wish you'd sentence what I had paid for because now you'll be out a lot more.

I ordered two sets of headphones at 43 something dollars a piece and still have not received them this was over a month ago and I've sent them emails stating that I still have not received my product.

I'm very disappointed I will never ever shop there again and I hope nobody else does because to me it looks like they're ripping people off. I just want my product or my money back.

My husband and I ordered two magnetic phone cases for our Samsung 9S and 9S on October 6, 2018. We paid via our Bank Visa Card and it was taken out the next business day. $48.00 and $3.95 for International Shipping.

We have emailed them twice now with no response. I just sent them another email that I am going to be contacting the proper Authorities on the matter.

I'm going to call my bank and see if they can contact them and get our money back.

I am assuming you paid via a credit card. Contact your credit card company and ask to have your order cancelled. They will issue you a temporary credit while they contact Pickido.

They took the money from my credit card on 11/10/18. This company should be stopped from advertising on Facebook. Clearly scamming everyone who orders from them.

I finally received the magic cover. They promised in the ad the real magic mirror cover. Already got one via aliexpress for 3 dollars. Normal price. ... I thought this would be the original case.

But, I was astonished to see that this was exactly the same fake cover as the one I already had. But now not for 3 dollars but 24 dollars. No response to mail. This shop is a scam.

I ordered an item in august and as of today showing shipped but have not yet to receive the item and have been in touch with them they was back ordered and promised me expedited shipping when ready to be shipped and nothing i show label created and no movement on the package.

i will never order again from them and i tell all potential customer be aware of the order you place because it will be months before you get it.. And by the time i get this item i will be going to a new phone.. The services is horrible and customer services is horrible and they quickly take your money but take they time in replying back to a email to you on your order.

very displeased and sad thing we can not write the better business buruea on them because they are in china...

they display a headset which is a knockoff Samsung gear iconX, https://www.pickido.com/collections/headsets-headphones/products/paej14627

using product images of the original Samsung, even with its options.

While its a TWS-l20, cheap knockoff with reduced functionality and price which is more expensive then other sources if you look up the proper product (tws-l20 for under 20 dollars, they sell it for 35 with a displayed discount of regular Samsung iconX price) which make you think you may get an outdated (2016) version of iconX by all representing pictures.

Still, I'm not going to do a refund. but in a way they ellude people with wrong advertising. not ever going to buy anything there though.

After waiting over 2 months I got my order today, I got the wrong phone case, I ordered the magmatic phone case they show on Facebook, now I can't get any information on how to return it and get the one I ordered a 2 piece case 1 back and 1 front magmatic. now I think that this is nothing but a scam.

I have texted them 3 times now NO answer. if I don't hear from them by tomorrow I will put in a dispute with my credit card company. the case I got was 1 piece, it only covers the back of the phone, not the front which is why I ordered the magmatic phone case. I already have the one you sent me.

Received what was advertised as Samsung Ear buds and received a non Samsung knock off. They say no hassle 90 return policy and yet there is no return address. Emailed them for a return address and no response.

The day I ordered this product within an hour of placing the order I emailed them requesting they cancel the order. They emailed me back 3 day later, 1 day after they already charged my credit card requesting that I try out the product.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. Charge on my credit card simply says HONG KONG. Took over 3 weeks to receive this knock off. BUYER BEWARE!
