Therefore, if you are a Best Buy customer and have received the same email, please do not click the link in it. Instead, go directly to Best Buy's legitimate website located bestbuy.com and click on "Account" at the top of the page. You will be redirected to a page that asks you to sign in. After signing in, you may change your password.
