The website wintulle.com is newly registered. The website is only a couple of days old and is almost an exact copy of voguechase.com with slightly different apparel. Both websites have the same tag lines. Their only form of contact is via an email address. There is no physical address or telephone number.
I think websites like Wintulle should provide more information to customers since since they take credit card information. After submitting credit card information to an online store, there is no way to tell what will happen to it or who will have access to it. That is why I do not use my credit card on just any website or store. The website must be well-known and trustworthy.
