Microsoft is completely unable to update to Windows 10 on my Windows 8.1, with all service pack updates. It is hardly surprising that people might turn to alternative sources to get the upgrade to Windows 10.instead of blaming the customer, Microsoft should do more to help users like me who is not a technical specialist.

Agreed, my Windows 10 upgrade for my Windows 7 doesn't install and has failed twice. There is no information about what to do if this happens.
