Is testlibrary a Scam or Legitimate Website? Test Library

Test Library located at testlibrary.com is widely criticized as a "subscription trap". Users report being baited by cheap, low-cost personality or aptitude tests, only to be unknowingly enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription.

About the Subscription Fee

  • Hidden Costs: The fee is usually only mentioned in small, hard-to-read print near where you enter your credit card information.
  • No Results Initially: Users frequently complain that the site forces them to complete a long questionnaire before disclosing that a payment is required to see the results.
  • The "One-Time" Illusion: Many users believe they are paying a one-off fee for the specific test report.

How to Resolve This

  1. Cancel Immediately: If you used the site and want to stop future payments, visit the Testlibrary Subscription Page. Enter your email to receive a verification link that terminates your account and subscription.
  2. Contact Your Bank/Card Issuer: Since multiple users report issues with unreturned emails or unresponsive customer service, it is highly recommended to contact your bank or credit card company immediately. State that you did not authorize a recurring subscription, and request to block further charges or dispute the unauthorized transactions.
  3. Read User Experiences: You can read reviews and other consumers' experiences by checking the Trustpilot Customer Reviews to understand how others successfully dealt with this platform.

They charged me 110 bucks and I couldn't buy enough food for my son and social workers took him. I do not recommend. Help. Send me money...

They advertise the test as free, then charge you to see your results. Then they automatically sign you up for an expensive monthly subscription as a part of the terms and conditions without you knowing. Also, the test results are super generic and not helpful at all.

takes your £1.95 then surreptitiously signs you up for a subscription you haven't agreed to. The details of the subscription are not clearly displayed and it is obviously intended to decieve.

I never authorized this company to charge my card $39.95. Never!

They don’t even provide the test results you fill out for. Makes no sense. It’s also a subscription service.
