These scammers fooled me too but realizing my mistake I immediately cancelled the transaction thru my credit card company and got a refund.

I thought no more of it, but now 3 months later, this same fraudulent company have submitted a request for the money again.

I had even cancelled my card and had a new one issued, but because my credit card company associated my old card with the new I have been billed again.

I have contacted my credit card again and had the transaction cancelled (AGAIN).

If anyone else gets caught in this scam, cancel your card but make sure your credit card company removes all record of the old card so it won't be associated with your new card.

The same happened to me! We paid for a massage chair and even got a FULL detailed description of delivery process right to our front door but of course NO chair.

Was during Christmas period and emails back and forwards to them with no luck, then they completely stopped answering. I wish I had seen all this BEFORE I ordered! Silly me!

It happened to me too, contact your credit card company and get a refund (I did). CANCEL your credit card and get a new one. Inform your credit card company not to associate the cancelled card with the new one, otherwise these scammers will get you again
