"Total Trendy" is an Untrustworthy Online Store

I purchased a necklace from total trendy here it is almost March and still haven't received my purchase, sent several emails, now the site can't even be found. Beware consumers!

Placed an order 2 months ago and haven’t received shipping confirmation let alone my paid order.

I ordered 2 name necklace for my daughter and was going to give as Christmas gifts but I have never gotten them but they did change my card so after reading many comments here I'm going to report that to my bank and hope for good results I was supposed to get a email but never received it and when I try to find the page it doesn't exist anymore.

The exact same thing happened to me. Did the bank refund your money?

I too have never received my order, I have sent numerous emails without reply I will be reporting them to my bank as well

I too never received my order. After several unanswered emails, I filed an investigation with my bank.
They are a scam and a fraud. Do not order from them.

I ordered a name necklace on Dec. 10 as a Christmas present. On Dec. 13, my card was debited for the amount of the necklace. I have emailed and received no response.

Email is a totally different company who said they are aware of them using our email.

Told me to report it to my bank as fraud.

The charge on my bank statement is a cellphone in Madison Ct.

I ordered a necklace on November 11, send them emails and still no respond.

I ordered November 12 and I have yet to receive my 2 necklaces but my money was taken out of my account. I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. I am about to file a claim against them

Total Trendy will not respond to you. You need to file a complaint with your bank and fast.

How do I get my money back? I ordered a gold necklace weeks ago it hasn't come and I don't think it is, and No one is responding to my emails Can SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.

File a complaint with your bank. They will Investigate and give you a temp. credit Neil they are finished looking into the matter. Once done they should valid the refund.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I ordered from them 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received the items. I contacted them and got no response, so I will turn them over to BBB and I have to say don’t order from these crooks!

Seems like they have deleted the website so at least no one else is loosing money on that one but they probably will start new site one day, those fraud companies always do that.

The same thing happened to me. Did you get your money back? Because I want my 30 dollars back.

Call your bank and file a complaint and have them Investigate. The bank will refund your money.
