    I ordered some battery-powered pruning shears in October 2020 for $37.94 and have not received it, or any communications about it as of today, December 26, 2020. I have sent 3 emails about this issue to them but no responses. They have no phone number listed. BTW, their slogan is, "We're Always Here For You!"

    I placed an order on Aug. 17th 2020, it is now October 6th 2020 and I have still yet to receive my item. I have sent 12 different emails and I only receive an Auto generated email, which I have responded to multiple time and nothing. The tracking number they sent me says my Item is not found. I have opened a Dispute with Pay Pal, so now I am hoping to get refunded, which I know Pay Pal usually is very good in that area. I will never order from this place again. This company seems fraudulent and would NEVER recommend to NO ONE.

    HI Everybody, I purchased two of the military folding shovels in LARGE from them March 26th and finally received one on July 27th and one on the 29th only to be the small size these were gifts for my sons for boy scouts. I'm asking for a complete refund and to ship the two wrong items back paid by them, I did use PayPal but not trusting them as of yet have to wait for a response from them. But I did only open one of the shovels and kept the other in the same package as received they weighed the same so I expect the same. What a bunch of scammers don't trust. Please all read their feed-backs I wish I did before I was suckered in. Very disappointed with them. Scott BEWARE

    I ordered from My Agron on May 31/20 and have still not received my order or a tracking confirmation. When I went to PayPal to assist they were not helpful either - told me to talk to my bank. Will most likely close my PayPal account if they cant help me with orders placed through them that are not received, which I thought was the main purpose of paying via PayPal instead of directly with my credit card.

    I ordered a knife sharpener from MYARGON.COM on May 19, I spent $43.94 and still haven’t received it yet. I opened a dispute

    With PayPal, and sent an email to my paragon, I called the number from their website and it’s not in service.

    I wonder if I’ve been scammed? I hope not, the product looks very good and would help me in the kitchen. I hope PayPal can

    I think this company should be blackballed from using PayPal. Their service stinks, their product stinks and there is absolutely no communication from this company. I waited over 3 months to get the items I ordered, but the charge was put on my Pay Pal and credit account immediately. I have asked to cancel the order several times and for a refund. So yesterday the product arrives and one is broken because there was no packing to pad it in shipping. It is cheaply made to begin with and I am sick of dealing with this. I will not pay for a return and I guess I'll eat the money I paid. Very disappointed and certainly hope Pay Pal will stop this company from using their service. Unsatisfied customer!

      Totally agree with your assessment. I've not been able to contact anyone at Argon ref. a product THEY said was shipped, but USPS tracking said it went to an address in Montana, NOT Tennessee. What the h-l is this company? PayPal also believes them rather than me when I filed a complaint. B.S. on both of these .

    Ordered a dog bed on February 26. They guaranteed to ship between 2-10 day. They customer service number is not valid. I have emailed them multiple times with no response.     My name is Lorraine FranzI... I purchased two Nao robots from your company on December 23, 2019. I tried to include a pic of my PayPal activity showing the two debits from my PayPal account but this app would not permit me to do so. There were two transactions from your company AN & Associates Co. Inc - Payment - PayPal Credit $40.94 Retail charged twice.

    I never received the robots and further research about your company and the Nao robot, the Nao robot costs $9,000 and your company falsely advertised the same robot for $39.99 (Buy 4 and get 1 free). I bought two.

    I have already emailed the Deals-o-saur email demanding my money back. Return email said they were too busy. My second reply email stated that I did not care, that I wanted a refund and I have not heard anything since. Then I received the name of this company - AN & Associates from PayPal as well as the website and customer phone number. I called the phone number and received a recording that the number was out of service.

    The only reason I am sending this email is to show PayPal that I have attempted to contact your company for a refund. I will be filing a claim through PayPal and they will be extracting the refund from you.

    I am sending this out on Saturday, January 18, 2020 and will become evidence in my case.

    I have ordered a parka coat in mid December, arrived early January but size was too small for a standard US small size. Waiting for them to respond to email was a ridiculous process. Finally, was told to return for replacement. They received merchandise in February 8th. I followed up for status of replace; was told they're out of stock.

    I told them to cancel replacement and need credit for my purchase. Was told later, they cannot cancel as it is in process.

    I have referred this to my credit card company for possible solution after all I don't need the winter coat's already SPRING!

    Do not order anything from myargon. They are a business based in China. When you order something from them, they say they will send you a confirmation email, but that doesn't happen.

    I waited 2 days, then sent them an email cancelling the order. All I got in return was an automated message saying their staff was looking at the matter. I sent them another email and got the same response. There is no actual person you can talk phone number, just an email contact that sends you the automated messages.

    2 months later after sending them 10 emails cancelling, I get an email saying my order has just shipped. 2 weeks later, it arrived. I then spent the next 2 months emailing them for a return address. All in all, it took 6 months to get my money back... They're a scam company, order at your own risk.

    My experience with this company might have come to end. My journey with them started in December of 2018, I had ordered six pairs of the heated gloves.

    Fast forward to christmas, no gloves had arrived yet, needless to say my gloves I wanted so badly didn't show up for christmas as they had stated "Ships out just in time for christmas".

    I started to email them about my shipment on January 7, 2019, I had not received any replies back from them, on January 2, 2019 I received my gloves, I was excited and couldn't wait to give my family their gift of gloves.

    All of the gloves were the same size, none of the gloves had sizes on the tags nor the packaging, when I placed my order they had a size chart, you had to measure your hand from fingertip to wrist, measure the width of wrist and the top of your hand.

    I ordered 3 XL, 1 L and 2 M according to their size chart which they provided. I contacted them again with the problem in the sizes.

    I sent about a dozen emails before I got a reply, their reply was "We apologize for the inconvenience but our sizing chart and description of the sizes is not accurate we only have S-L" They said they would ship a new shipment of the gloves to me.

    I said NO these do not fit so how do you expect the new shipment to fit if you don't carry the XL's I want my money refunded. It went for a of week and no replies back from them.

    I finally opened a case with the Better Business Bureau on January 8, 2019. Today March 14, 2019 I had a letter from the Better Business Bureau and the company my money is being refunded. If you do place an order with this company make sure you use paypal, keep all emails, and receipts.

    I however will not EVER order from MyArgon again, CONSUMER BEWARE!

Ironically, as of this minute, they are still advertising on FB saying "In stock and ready for immediate shipping". I'm beginning to think this is a bogus company.

    Ordered on November 16th. On December 25th I cancelled the order. Sent 6 e-mail - one a day cancelling the order. They shipped it anyway and got it January 6th. Ordered a XL and they sent a L/XL when is not the same size as a XL. I am on my 12th e-mail trying to get information on how to return the item. No response...

    I ordered the heated gloves before thanksgiving for Christmas and did not receive them until January 8th. I complained to the company and asked for a refund. When I got nowhere, I left nasty reviews and wrote they were a scam. Well, I used them today out in the cold rainy NY storm we just got and I have to say they worked pretty good. Not happy about having to use 6AA batteries. They did last all day so far.

    Not thrilled that they came late but at least they came and they work.

    I ordered 4 thermal face masks on November 24, 2018 and as of January 16, 2019 we have still not received our merchandise.

    I have emailed them numerous times and they wait 7 to 14 days then send me the same email that they are sorry we didn't get our merchandise as quickly as we thought we should have but they experienced enormous amount of orders and they are a little behind. Give them 4 - 5 business days and they will have our order shipped.

    Well after 53 days we still have not received anything but they took the money out of my account immediately when I ordered.

    They also insulted me severely by giving me a 10% off coupon on my next order, like I will ever order anything from them again.

    I ordered a jacket (XL) around Thanksgiving.

    I received it Jan.11.

    The tag in jacket indicated it was XL but the size was more like a small or medium at best.

    I contacted the company via email and with several hours they emailed back saying they received my email.

    I have replied several more times asking what they would do, and received no reply.

    I will never purchase anything from them again and strongly urge anyone to keep looking rather than place an order.

    I ordered a Jacket from them the first week of December. I received no confirmation email or tracking number from them. The next day I sent them an email cancelling my order.

    A day after that, I sent another email cancelling it. All I got both times was an automated message that said "Our staff is reviewing your email". 9 days after I cancelled the order I got an email saying they were shipping the Jacket.

    The Jacket arrived and I've spent the rest of December and all of January so far trying to get a return address to send the Jacket to. I've sent at least a dozen emails and I get the same automated response every time. This company is based in China and they're running a scam on the American public!

    We order six pairs of the heated gloves on Dec. 9th 2018, I just recently received the shipment but prior to receiving I sent numerous emails asking for the tracking number, they finally gave me the tracking number but when I clicked on it it told me the tracking number has not been updated.

    I ordered 3 XL, 1 L, and 2 M, none of the packaging for the gloves had any kind of sizing on them, I looked inside of the gloves for sizes and guess what, no size on the inside tag.

    I now have been emailing this company for four flipping days and no one has gotten back to me! I want to return the product or get the sizes exchanged but I have no way of knowing where to send them back to or how to get my money back. I am above and beyond p*ssed off!

    I wouldn't be so upset but the sizes we received are all mediums, 3 of the people these were going to have XL hands. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!

    I wished I would have researched them before we placed our order! I did not use PayPal on this order and regret it!

    DO NOT order from this company it is a complete scam. I ordered a small blender from them and the product is disgusting.

    I had tp follow up many times to see where my tracking number was and when I should expect delivery. When it arrived the color was wrong I wanted black and I got a lime green.

    The plastic used is cheap cheap and everything is in chinese. I could have bought this from a Chinese market for next to nothing.

    Going to throw it away not even worth giving it away as it is cheap sh*t! I am so angry.

    I have had the same issue as all of the customers above. I bought 4 pairs of heated glove back in mid-November for Christmas gifts.

    On the order confirmation, it said 1-3 weeks. It is now Dec.21. They responded to an email and said..."due to the high volume of orders, yada, yada", and that it would be shipped in four business days which should have been Dec.18. Still no word on the items being opening a dispute with Paypal!

    I ordered 2 items that stated shipment within 24 hours and delivery in 3-7 days.

    That was 11/22/2018.

    They sent me a confirmation email and said they were preparing items for shipment, but due to high volume sales of items, it would be 1-3 weeks before shipping.

    I went on their web page last week and they are still advertising 24 hour shipment.

    I emailed them, asking when to expect shipping and got a response that it would be reviewed.

    No other contact with them or from them.

    Tomorrow will be 3 weeks.

    The payment hit my account on 11/26/2018, so they have been paid.

    I ordered the same item 2 weeks ago and I am yet to hear of my item being shipped. Contacted them 3 times to cancel and still haven't gotten an answer back.

    I ordered 2 heating gloove with 85$ cad. for the xmas gift.

    After waiting 2 weeks from my shipping with no answer and send to support departement myargon, no reply, no answer... is a BIG SCAM WEBSITE FROM CHINA.

    I ordered a costume came in a week after Halloween; it said ships within 24hours.

    I'm out $82.00. I've emailed them 10 times and no response with a return address its a scam, do not order from them!

    Me too! I ordered a costume on 10/12 after clicking on an ad for it that said it would be shipped next day.

    As soon as I paid $52, I received a confirmation that it would ship in 1-3 weeks. Knowing it would be too late, I immediately wrote the company and asked for a refund.

    They told me I couldn’t get a refund and that I would like the product and it’s on the way.

    I emailed them several times with the same response.

    They won’t refund or offer to have me send it back with a return label.

    I got the same response again today. It is now November 6th and no costumes has been delivered. Halloween is long over, as well as all the pre-Halloween parties and festivities.

    This company is running a scam and posting their ads on Facebook to attract customers. I fell for it and I’m out $52. I spoke to my bank to file a claim. Not looking hopeful. Do not trust this company!

    I ordered a Halloween costume 10/23 from them. They promised shipping information within 2 business days. As of today 10/31 I do not have a costume and it doesn't look like one was ever shipped.

      Same happened to me..Personally, I think they are a scam. I filed a PayPal claim against them.
