I have sent 12 different emails and I only receive an Auto generated email, which I have responded to multiple time and nothing. The tracking number they sent me says my Item is not found. I have opened a Dispute with Pay Pal, so now I am hoping to get refunded, which I know Pay Pal usually is very good in that area. I will never order from this place again. I'm asking for a complete refund and to ship the two wrong items back paid by them, I did use PayPal but not trusting them as of yet have to wait for a response from them. But I did only open one of the shovels and kept the other in the same package as received they weighed the same so I expect the same. What a bunch of scammers don't trust. Please all read their feed-backs I wish I did before I was suckered in. Very disappointed with them. When I went to PayPal to assist they were not helpful either - told me to talk to my bank.
