    I should have known: their stated security guarantee " If you discover credit card fraud, you should contact your credit card company. That's our guarantee"

    Also the domain xyz...as well as no physical address. Also, not partnered with PayPal I can see how someone not paying attention might bite, but I think I will pass on this one.
