Scam.
They have an automated response when you email them. It assures you that your product will arrive soon. It also triggers the tracking information to be updated to say that the product was returned to china. Once their automated response comes through, expect that the shipping information will again say the product is on it's way.
PayPal gives you 20 days to escalate a dispute. I think their assurance and fake tracking info is designed for you to let this deadline lapse. The fact that this entire system is automated is genius.

I ordered two bubble balls and they arrived with no instructions. I e-mailed them for instructions and they responded. I followed their instructions and one ball immediately split wide open and the other filled but completely leaked to flat within two hours.
I requested a refund and they asked me to send them photos of the balls, which I did, even though their website says all over it unconditional 90-day ironclad 100% money-back guarantee for any reason. They then said I needed to ship the defective clearly broken balls back to China at a cost of $23 to me (half the cost of the balls), and they would have to pay $6 in customs fees to receive the balls.
Then they said they would issue a refund. This makes no sense and is not what is posted on their website. Not only is returning the balls to China cost prohibitive but they are 100% broken and useless.
I think it is a scam and they will not refund in the end. I filed a claim with Paypal.

There is something wrong with everything I order. Big silicon balls have no filling instruction, I ordered rain boots and rain coat, only received the rain boots and they will not return my order or send the rain coat. Silicone molds do not work as advertised.
Will not order anything from China again.

I ordered the bubble ball on March 26. I received it a few weeks later. We used it on Easter for the first time. It busted after about 20 minutes of play. I have been trying to get in touch with Sunifay since then. No luck...

I ordered the hand held steamer Feb 24,19 and still haven't received it. My Order # is 02-1830.
I paid $34.94. I want my order still .If you can't get it to me just refund my money.
