Is Sunfly Shop an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I bought a gimbal from sunfyshop and they sent me a selfie stick, I claimed my money back from paypal and they asked me to send the product back with tracking number however, the value of the product to be refund is less then to send the product back, so I lost $60 on it. Paypal didnt help either

I also bought a gimbal via facebook advertisement US$34.89, and opened a case with Paypal. After Paypal contacted the seller I received an email from seller advising that the product was sent. Despite all my previous emails not answered and seller's link pages not accessible. I got a delivery today after waiting for 24 days of a cheap/crappy item called "selfie craze XX001". Now I had to change the claim with Paypal to a 'different product received' and start the hole process from scratch and send this garbage back to the seller and wait who knows for how long to maybe get my money back. So far over a month of this ordeal. Stay away!

I ordered 2 gimbals through Sunfly shop. I emailed them, facebook message and also Facebook comment and never any replies.
I started a case with PayPal and am waiting on the outcome as they won’t even reply to messages through PayPal.
Yesterday I had the product turn up which was just a selfie stick with a remote.
This site and the people that run it are complete scammers. Stay away!!

Exactly the same experience. I will call my bank and PayPal. What a nightmare!

Ordered a three-axis gimbal for a cell phone. Received a cheap, broken selfie stick. Unfortunately I used a debit card.
I have asked for my money back but have not heard a word. Do not do business with these people

I got scammed also. Ordered a gimbal device and got this cheap a*s selfie stick.

I lodged a claim with paypal after also purchasing. I received a reply from the sunfly shop to say they have shipped it now and to close the dispute with PayPal. If it actually is delivered then I will close the dispute. Always use PayPal.... atleast they may be able to get your money back for you.

I am also very Concerned about a LamborghinI Watch that I bought on Sunfly, When I went to look for the site after payment it also showed "Not Found"

I bought fishing lires same thing for the website I am furious at paypal they continue to let this d**n company collect money with multiple complaints. This is terrible!!

Waiting for my order. I sent for it on the 2nd October still have not reiceved nothing, any recomendations

I ordered the same gimbal and the confirming email link to my order responded "not found" and same for the shop web site. I will be sending a complaint thru Paypal in an attempt to reclaim my money.

I had the same problem with the same Gimbal, although they sent me a tracking number... I am going to wait a little longer.

Ten days ago I made shopping in sunfly shop. I transfer the money. From two days I am checking my order and I see only that shop is closed. I was ordering The best smartphone gimbal in 2019 - Super portable, wireless charging, 310 g payload, mic jack, one-key switch, zoom and focus control. I paid total 34,89 USD. I was trying to contact by email with this shop but still I am waiting for answer.
Where I can go to complain? How I can get my money back? Can you help me please?
