Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Scam outfit, ordered suitcase $46.98USD and got cheap kid's backpack. No reply to emails to company. Complained to Paypal, they wanted me to return the item to seller then upload the mailing documents. I didn't want to spend good money after bad so wrote it off. No more buying from China for me.
REFATION IS A TOTAL SCAM - Company is also known as MASAM Online (who receives the stolen money via PayPal). Both and the group should be banned from e-commerce! They are clearly part of a scam to cheap and steal money! I bought a carry-on luggage and was shipped the wrong item --- took months to arrive, never replied to emails or site contact, then a cheap backpack arrived -- luckily, I paid thru PayPal and disputed the transaction ... weeks to reply and propose a solution. I wasted a lot of time and money to return the cheap back and the refund I will get from PayPal will not even cover the shipping costs I had to ship back to China -- but I decided to lose money and a lot of time to make a point. SHUT DOWN these people!
