Both and the group should be banned from e-commerce! They are clearly part of a scam to cheap and steal money! I bought a carry-on luggage and was shipped the wrong item --- took months to arrive, never replied to emails or site contact, then a cheap backpack arrived -- luckily, I paid thru PayPal and disputed the transaction ... weeks to reply and propose a solution. I wasted a lot of time and money to return the cheap back and the refund I will get from PayPal will not even cover the shipping costs I had to ship back to China -- but I decided to lose money and a lot of time to make a point. SHUT DOWN these people!
