I just received a cleaning product from them. It came through as an ad on my WWF game. I ordered. It took a few weeks to get here, and the stuff works great. My only gripe...no instructions.

Fraudulent site now trading as topstore can not get my money back.
Scum is what I call them no wonder they are so rich in China; they screw the British over with stuff like this.
Hope I never see an advert on Facebook again as they can get ready.

Ordered a light up/manually operated Iron-Man replica helmet for $35. Package came in today and I received a plastic, broken, children ages 3 Halloween mask worth no more than $3 at your local Walmart.
Needless to say I was and still irate and furious that not only countless others including myself got robbed, but also that such irresponsible, unprofessional and deceitful business practices/scams continue to steal money from people after providing the illusion of honest deals and privacy protection.

Unforgettable I purchased on this site. I received a product different from what i ordered and the quality is very poor. On the site, they talk about a refund within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. My fear is to spend any money for shipment and will not resolve anything.
another on the site is an email address now, no more than only a telephone number.
what is you recommended to make leave everything as it is or to return?
if I have someone who knows how to provide the indications.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! You are actually buying from a company called ZG TECHNOLOGY CO LIMITED; google that name you will see they run some 30 sites & are major scammers run Facebook ad's for items they really don't sell.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, why do you think they hide who actually owns the website?
They use a PROXY to register DEARDOG.SHOP so you don't know your actually doing business with ZG Technology Co Limited ? HKG Technology Co Limited FRAUD.
Also STAY AWAY FROM ALL SHOPIFY BASED SITES UNTIL THEY CLEAN UP ALL THE SCAMMERS WHO HAVE SITES ON THEIR NETWORK!!
ITS OPEN SEASONS FOR SCAMMER ON SHOPIFY & THEY DON'T CARE THEY'RE FULLY AWARE & DO NOTHING AS IS PAYPAL.. Google ZG technology Co Limited you'll see.. GOOD LUCK

Total scam site. I ordered a drone that was advertised as being 90% off. The advertising material showed a DJI Mavic Air. It claimed to be available with either a 720p or 1080p camera.
The drone that arrived was NOTHING like the one advertised and was just a tiny (4 cm long) child's toy drone, and had NO camera at all.

I ordered a drone from this site in the 24/06/19, I have chosen the fastest delivery.
I didnt recive my order yet, I sent them an e-mail and didnt get answer, I tried to call and the number in the site is shut off...
