Yes Gearmary is a scam. I ordered 2 iPad minis in December...after waiting 6 weeks I got a pair of fake Ray Ban sunglasses. I’ll keep trying to get my money back but I’m afraid it’s going to be a losing battle. I’d avoid 5hese guys at all costs

Update from December 28th incident. It's now January 14th. The tracking number they gave me is a dud. It hasn't changed from the label made. It hasn't moved for almost 3 weeks now. I asked for my refund back and they refused to give me a refund because they said they sent the correct order this time which I knew was a lie because the tracking number with the label made is the same tracking number they sent to a couple of the people that are typing their reviews also. So I kept on pushing with the refund and they offer to refund me 70% back because of whatever reason they gave me like shipping or whatever. I told them that they didn't charge me shipping because the website said free shipping if I spent more than $25. So now they raised up the refund by 80%. I'm just gonna take the 80% cause I'm frustrated about this whole situation and I feel I'm even lucky to get this offer of my refund knowing that the whole ordeal is a scam. I also wanna see if they really will send me my refund. I'll update you guys later to see if I got it.

Here's an update on my order. I told them about my incident with the ray bans on the 11th of December. It's now the 28th and they did give me a tracking number with the supposed correct item but the item with that tracking number hasn't moved from its original place for almost two weeks. Getting very agitated and annoyed. Still waiting.

Gearmary.com is a little flaky. I order a cell phone and I got a counterfeit pair of Ray-Ban sunglass. The package came from China. The web site is very poorly done with many things not finished and parts not working and not updated. I did not get virus from the web site (that I know of) and my PayPal account has not been misused- so that part is good!

The website Gearmary.com is registered in Phoenix, AZ. at a place with several other business not related e-businesses.

I am unaware where this information came from, but I do know the same gearmary has a store on eBay and they have basically all positive feedback. My suggestion would be, if your skeptical orleary about our hasing from their website shop on their eBay store!
