I received text messages from telephone number +1 (717) 282-2703 advising me that I am eligible for the International Lions Club (ILCG). Please see a sample of one of the text messages below.

I am getting Daily Calls from the 717 area code and this is harassing me. How can I make sure that they can't get through to me. I keep blocking every number that calls but that doesn't work
