There is no "ICC Cricket Council Mobile Draw Lucky Winner 2019." Therefore, recipients of the email message below, which claims that they are lottery winners in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup National Lottery Prize Award, ask asked to delete it because it is a lottery scam. Every month, thousands of those email messages are sent out by lottery scammers, to trick their potential victims into sending them their personal information and money to collect so-called lottery prizes. Remember, never respond to an email message which claims that you are a lottery winner with your personal or financial information. Legitimate lottery companies do not request personal or financial information via an email message, and will never ask winners to send money, financial or personal information in order to collect their prizes.

    I recently received an email from ICC cricket lottery payment office.. The email said you have won the lottery of some amount... You will pay airport charges to the luml sum amount of 25k.

    It also says, they will send my winning prize... is it true?

      No, it is not true, it is a lottery scam sent by internet thieves trying to trick you into sending them money.

      Do not be fooled, do not send your money or information to them.

      Yes, the scammers can use your card information fraudulently. If I were you, I would cancel the current card and get a new one.

    "Good morning! am Diplomat Philip Richard from ICC CRICKET COUNCIL ENGLAND. I just arrived in colombo International airport SRI LANKA.

    The custom officers here in the airport said you have to pay LRK 92,850.00 for non inspection of your winning parcel and stamp duty, after that it will be approved for deliver in your home address today. Please call me immediately for payment details."
