This company is a scam .I ordered couch covers and they sent me the wrong product and also blamed me .Please stay away from this company they have different names and also they want me to pay for the return item and it wasn’t my fault .
I have had the worst experience with this company, the email address comes back error and there's no phone number to get in touch with them, and if you think that's bad, try to get in touch with them on PayPal.God knows stay away from this company
I ordered Februsry 2019 from an ad, receipt breakdown showed my product picture and cost, but I received a different product. Trying to work with company to get the right merchandise but they ate telling me it is too expensive to refund. They pulled a "bait and switch" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
The same thing happened to me! They sent me a completely different item and are refusing to send me the right one.They are offering me a refund if I return it but I have to pay return shipping for something they sent me incorrectly!They keep sending these generic replies to all of my detailed messages with questions in them too.
