This is because the text is a fake and is being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick recipients into clicking on the link in it. The link goes to a fake Wells Fargo website that will ask visitors to sign-in. But, any attempt to sign-in will result in the visitors' credentials being sent to the cybercriminals.
