I ordered one plotter machine from them. But they charged for two.
Now I ordered on 1)5/2019. As of today, they have not arrived. I filed complaint with my card company, I lost because they state I authorized the order.
Well, yes I did, but have no product in return.
Telephone number is disconnected. No reply to several emails.
This company is out to grab your money. Don't get scammed.

  Same thing happened to me. I ordered in April and I cannot get a reply to all of my emails. They also used the Company name "Uandle"

  I had trouble with this company. I was charged $120 over what I was meant to be, the bank comes back...said the same thing, I said no I'm not accepting that, so they sent it back away saying I never received the goods. I ended up getting my money, so dispute their decision.
