I bought an indoor swing set from Hotstimulate and never receive it! I bought the same one in Amazon and loved it so when I saw the ad in Facebook from Hotstimulate selling for 75% less I never thought it was a scam. Buyers beware of online store. Do research first and I will never buy from unknown online retailers again. Lesson learnt!

I was recently scammed from Hotstimulate.com.I am a sucker when it comes to buying things for my daughter. I saw an ad for a princess tent on facebook which lead me to Hotstimulate.com where I placed an order. Nothing ever shipped to me and tracking never worked. Getting a response from there support "team" was impossible past the first email and was given a run around for a month. Now the site is gone and redirects to IGROUPBUY.ONLINE with a currently dead site who is also nxxyss.com with an active site which is similar to the one that used to be there. The charge on my card was made by a company called IGROUPBUY.ONLINE who apparently is the parent company of Hotstimulate.comI'm sure they hit alot of people with this scam, targeting people through facebook ads, getting paid and never shipping anything out... Not with me... I am working with my creditcard company to get refunded and will expose this company the best I can in hopes they get shut down for good and not scam another person again.

I had the same thing happen and my bank is disputing charges, might try that route.
They ripped me off for $119.00. I bought 2 bikes for my kids. Money was taken out of my account. No proof of purchase sent. Then their website went down and still down. I am thinking they had so many orders that they decided they made enough money and shut it down.
I ordered something without reading the reviews. Should I cancel my order?
