    Received via email:

    "I ordered a necklace on 28/04/2019 from macystar.com

There is no contact of anyone. I can't get my money back and I didn't receive the necklace too."

I made my order for a necklace on 4/24/2019 the tracking number they gave me is not found. I don't know if it's a scam or what?

I ordered a mother’s day necklace from this website on April 25th before I found out about the fact it could be untrustworthy. When I found out I tried going to the website and the page would no longer load.

However, today, May 11th, I received the necklace in the mail and it’s exactly what I ordered. The only difference is it might be a smaller version than the original they were copying.

Other than that, I got it, it’s good condition and it took the normal amount of shipping time to get it from overseas from China. No issue here.

I ordered something in April and still have yet to get it

    • May 10, 2019 at 12:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Boon, Michigan, United States

I also placed an order in April, have received 1 email, nothing else. Can't call because their number is to long for us. And I've sent emails, nothing back left facebook messages and nothing.

Very upsetting, ordered 2 ring for my mom and sister. And now what. For my mom money to be taken and to receive nothing. And I never order from these sites but I figured I'd give it a try to get slapped in the face!

I was double billed by this company, although I did receive the item I originally ordered. The second charge was submitted by them as an eBay purchase, although eBay confirms there were definitely no purchases made by me during that time period.

Cleary a fraudulent charge. When I noticed the double billing I tried to contact Macystar and found their web domain had vanished, 4 days later when I tried again I get re-directed to an identical website with a new name - Name Necklace. When I try to research my order on the new website, the system responds they have no record of my original order or me as a returning customer.

Clearly a shady operation, AVOID! I had to open a dispute incident with my cc company to resolve.
