Scamming - Fraud
The website, unicool.store, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I bought a 2 pack of LED, globe lights that you can submerge under water. It was from the site bluete.shop. They sent me tracking that mentions USPS but not exactly on the USPS site. it said it was delivered but of course it wasn't. I complained to eaglejack4521-outlook.com several times but no response. Then I found you can email Besthelpanswerer-gmail.com. They kept trying to pass the buck off to USPS. THEN I asked for a refund on Paypal. I got a response from GOGO (besthelpandserving-gmail.com) and they said the same thing: go ask USPS. Now they are saying that it was SIGNED FOR. But there is no mention of signature on the shady looking tracking. I just don't understand why they wouldn't make this right–it's a $36 purchase.
On December 31st I bought a tripod which was advertised on FB. I received something totally different and when I informed them with all this they offered a discount but the product was so cheap in quality that it was worth nothing. I shipped the product back and now they are refusing to collect this product and refused to give me a refund. BIG CHEATS.
I ordered a down jacket from them; they send me the wrong size and they are expecting me to send it back to China (not LA as they advertise on their website) and pay for the shipping and other international fees.
