They are not trustworthy at all. I purchased a smartwatch and it is not at all what was described. it was at best a $2.00 watch....this is a complete scam.
I turned it over to pay pal, originally the factory dx offered me an 8.00 credit, no offering an 18.00 partial refund. So I refused that also.Not even the same software. CAN'T EVEN DOWNLOAD ANY APPS WHATSOEVER. BATTERY STAYS UP FOR 1 DAY NOT EVEN USING IT. The dial does not spin.No wireless charger as pictured is stated to be included. No way at all to even be waterproof as stated. The back will not come off unless you try real hard and break it, not me.Said I could cancel in 24 hours, checked on it more after I bought and seen it was a scam. So I asked to cancel before 24 hours and said it already shipped. Tracking # no good .filed a claim with pay pal then they sent me another tracking number.was supposed to come out of California, but came out of who knows where. Took 30 days to get it.COMPLETE SCAM, ALL OVER FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND ETC. STILL WAITING ON MY 34.99.SOME PERSON NAME KIM JAMES IS WHO REPLIES TO YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR EVEN TRY TO GET ANY ANSWER. COMPLETE SCAM, SAY AGAIN COMPLETE SCAM.
