I placed on order, credit card charged immediately. Waited 4 weeks, finally received a package. It was not what I ordered, contacted them thru same email they said they sent tracking information to, so I finally get a response, and send ring back to them, 3 months ago. And still no response from them.
HelloI need to ask that I have placed an order vide order number 27075 on 31-05-2019.However yet not received my ordered items beside payments are already made via two transactions on same date through my credit card amounting to US $ 300.16.Kindly help me to track my orders and update about their delivery.Ashar S.
