On my desk is a mandate to arrange for Oil purchase from Republic of South Africa and Zimbabwe for up to 2,000,000 barrels on monthly bases for 12 calendar months. market oil supply to most big companies in South Africa and Zimbabwe including private mines, agriculture and manufacturing
Companies for use on their plants in times like this when the normal petrol prize is high.
