Ordered the motion balls for $40 and got two plain rubber balls worth about $1. Seller offered a $12 refund as it would be smart for me to accept it rather than pay to return them.Escalated through PayPal and seller raised their offer to $19. The opened a claim with PayPal and they'll refund the money only if I return the balls to China with tracking. This will cost much more than the cheap rubber balls are worth. Trying a chargeback with my credit card now.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userSep 6, 2019 at 12:31 PM by Is ihollyhome.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Newburgh, New York, United StatesSame as above. I went through Paypal and have since removed all bank and credit cards from my Paypal acct. Don't buy anything directly from China! They are NOT to be trusted!an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userSep 5, 2019 at 2:33 AM by Is ihollyhome.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Edinburgh, Scotland, United KingdomI ordered a pair of powered pet toys from here (costing nearly $40), and was delivered a pair of hard rubber balls (worth less than $5)! The seller instantly offered a 20% discount, blaming their supplier for an error, instead of replacing the item - very suspicious first off the bat. This was refused as I will not pay $30 for what I received. They insist I pay for return shipping to China, at my own (non-refundable) expense, for a full refund - which leave me out of pocket for another $20-$30 for recorded delivery at that distance (and the convenient weight). I have escalated through PayPal as this is not acceptable from any businessan anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userSep 29, 2019 at 1:21 AM by Is ihollyhome.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Everett, Washington, United StatesOMG....this exact same situation happened to me! I purchased only 1 of those pet toys (smart ball) and got a rubber ball in the mail, no joke. They offered me 20% too, I've escalated through paypal too and awaiting refund... crazy.
