Is biubioo.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered the bed pillow. it was 10x6 in size. Im so disappointed. Do not order from this website. save your money. This pillow is just big enough for a rat. BEWARE PEOPLE

Same here. They got to 70% off after all the above comments. After me say its fraud am contacting Paypal the say they will refund all. They also asked not to contact Paypal. I await refund in 3-5 days. Yesterday was day one.

Received refund today. Three days it took.

Day 3.....then I contact PayPal day 5.

I had been duped to by this company I ordered 2 memory foam pillows and received 2 dolls pillows. Got in touch offered 30% then 50% and after much persuasion said I would contact PayPal and my bank they finally offered me a refund .be warned guys. As soon as u mention PayPal u will get a refund. Be wary but just keep on at them. As soon as you mention PayPal or ur bank they panicked they will refund.

I had the same experience as other buyers ordered two of the pillows. The ones that arrived are like dolls prams pillows stuffed with some foreign material. I was offered 30% refund plus I would have to return the items received at my own cost. I refused and they then offered me 50% plus the cost of returning the items they sent me.
I paid through PayPal so I am hoping they can recover my money

Fell for this! Received a 'pillow' that was a third of its supposed size, filled with I dont know what, but it wasnt memory foam! Ah well, you live and learn

Dreadful site. Do not order. My order never arrived and money appears lost.
FRAUDULENT SELLING COMPANY

The same happened to me. This company is a fraud. After my complaint they offered to refund 30%,which as it was better than nothing I accepted it. Do not use this company. They are based in China although they give the impression they are in the USA by charging in dollars.

I ordered 3 memory foam adult-sized pillows. Order arrived today e weeks late and the pillows are hollow fibre, smaller than my head, and nothing like the picture when I placed the order. I emailed them and was told this is the correct product and to try it out or give them to small friends!!! If I want to return them I have to pay a minimum of $20.

I have the same problem, I wrote a very strong email, firstly they offered me 30% refund, then 50% which I still refused, im now waiting on thier next reply as I have demanded a full refund, doubt that I will get it, I just looked on the site and its open

tell them you want your money back, if they try to fob you off then tell them you will go to your bank and tell the bank everything about them, they sent me my money back, hope this helps

I ordered 2 latex Pillows from Biubioo. What arrived was cheap neck rests.. ok have e,-mailed them a dozen times by and have heard nothing. I've been had,!!!

tell them you will go to your bank and will be telling the bank all about them, they soon gave me my money back, hope this helps

They have done the same thing to me, I ordered one laytex pillow and recieved a tiny dacron filled "pillow" which I did not order. They did reply to me after I kept on at them to be told that I had ordered what they sent me, I kept telling them that they had not. At one point they said they had got me a 30% refund, told them I want 100% refund and have not heard back from them and no money has been returned either!
