Ordered a watch in early November 2017. Paid $12.99 in shipping. Got nothing, nada, goose-eggs. Numerous emails sent, no response

I ordered one in early Dec for Christmas. Joke on me. Just received it. Complete rubbish, I could not give it to my 6 year old as watch but as toy and a bad one at that. complete scam!

I ordered one and got it a few days ago after about three weeks. The watch looks OK although obviously not high quality, but since I just paid to ship I guess it can't be too much of a rip-off in that regard (not that a company can't make a lot of money overcharging lots of people $5 for a watch). The watch has no branding or brand name of any kind on it, so from that perspective it's obviously not that they're giving away free watches to gain brand exposure as their website states. The bigger issue is that the card I used to order was fraudulently used today and I had to shut it down - and while I can't say I have proof that the two occurrences are linked I did use a credit card that isn't used day-to-day in case it was a scam and so it's odd that there would be fraud on it for the first time after ordering the watch.
