I have not tried this product but their website is not clear on the auto-ship, auto pay thing that happens after 2 weeks of trying their product. I thought I looked for the small print but missed it apparently in the shipping and handling information. Also, after ordering one product, a window pops up and gives you a chance to order another product. My mistake! I paid a total of $10.90 to have two sample products shipped to me. When the two weeks passed my card was charged a total of $169.90 for the product. I called and was told clearly they would not take back the unopened product (seal intact), but as a courtesy, I was refunded half. Not a happy customer and don't care if the product works if this is how they do business.
