Is Outtend an Untrustworthy Online Store?

These people are total crooks. Don't even think about doing business with them.

Where is my order as of Aug 17,21,order # 210817065316582, one knife. I hear Nothing from these aholes.

This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from them. They take your money and send you the wrong products. It then becomes your problem as they are extremely difficult to deal with

And when you ask for correct product, they play dumb and you get no resolution 😡

This website is scamming people. It say you can get a refund, but you have to go through so much to get it. What should I do?

This company is a big scam company. They will send you worthless items that don't work and then tell you purchased the wrong item and offer you a $4.00 refund. This company needs to be destroyed and employees shot for ignorance. Stay Away.

Stay away from this store. They sell inferior goods and do not back their products. They use different names and are not easy to deal with.

I guess I'm going to have to let everyone know what a BIG FAT SCAM THIS IS. I've done to other sites and they're no longer in business because I turned them over to the BETTER BUSINESS and that's just exactly what I'm going to do to you. I have paid for an item in November 2019 and still waiting for it, now is the 12 April 2020...

I made an order and have not received it.

Never received jacket that was ordered and for which I paid for expedited shipping. My credit card company is now investigating.

Similar experience. Ordered 2 jackets size XL. Received 2 jackets wrong size and wrong colours. Explanation was they thought I would rather receive an incorrect order as my size was out of stock! How would anyone think that was a good idea! If I require a refund I can send them back to China at my own expense.
Sadly have put it down to experience, but this sort of thing can only damage the reputable online sellers by making people suspicious. Perhaps there should be some responsibility taken by the companies who accept advertising from disreputable organisations.

I agree! My wife bought a jacket which was advertised as f*****g a women's size 20 but it clearly wouldn't even fit a size 12. Asked for a refund as it was not as advertised but they insisted I send it back (to China!) at my expense. Bought through PayPal who took the side of the seller saying it was 'largely as advertised' sand refused a refund. How can it be when it's 8 sizes smaller?! Just gave it to a charity shop having wasted the money.

Avoid this company at all costs.
