They are investigating because I received my tracking # 4 days after that number said it arrived. It arrived at someone else’s address with someone else’s name. It was a used tracking #. PayPal said they were contacting the vendor and a response is expected by aug. 14th. If you dident use PayPal, contact your cc co. And dispute the transaction immediately.. usps told me where the supposedly sent package went. I asked the vendor( Typromos) to identify the item they sent, but got no response. I don't have PayPal, but I called them to report the scam. PayPal said they froze the charge and sent the scammed message.
