Butern Store located at butern.store is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell Flamingo Plush and other toys. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

First operated on Facebook under MUTRXSHOP. Then BUTERN. Now operating as yet ANOTHER company on FB as Booming/Xunteng.online. Scammed and sent an owl pendant watch instead of cat tree. Won fight with paypal though!
These people are complete garbage! I ordered a pizza restaurant themed cat bed, and I received an owl watch necklace. Same deal as the other people, when I contacted them about their mistake they wanted me to pay to return it to them for a refund, which probably would cost more than I paid for the item, or I could keep it for 60% refund. I have started a claim dispute with PayPal. I hope their site gets shutdow!!
I too ordered a tree stand for my cat and got a cheap nylon cat tunnel.
I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. They will send you some useless item instead of what you ordered.
We ordered 2 cat trees from Butern and waited a month, only to receive 2 lousy little cat toys.
I ordered a drum from them, and weeks later, they sent a child's xylophone instead. When I explained the problem to them, they responded right away. I'm sure their English is better than my Chinese, but the response was quite difficult to follow. I did catch that they refused to reimburse shipping to return the xylophone, even though there was no mistaking that they sent the wrong product. The best that they would do was for me to keep the xylophone I have no use for, and they would refund 40% of my purchase price. I probably will do that, although I'm not happy about it. but I predict that if I ship the xylophone back to China, that it will be the last of what I will ever see of a product or my money, including the additional shipping. I will never order from them again.
Sounds the same as our experience. Never again!
