Is Lulusday a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

Yes, this site is a scam, but thanks to Lulusday, I have learned to always research a website before ordering anything. Like everyone else, I ordered from Lulusday & never received my order, although they marked my package as delivered. My family has been home since the pandemic caused shutdowns, so somebody is always here to receive deliveries IF they actually arrive! Attempts to reach the company were useless; no response. Thankfully, when I called PayPal for assistance, they not only educated me about how to identify & research websites before ordering, they also reimbursed me for the full amount. Everyone, stay safe not only from the virus, but online as well!

This item was supposed to have arrived on 15 January 2020 according to an email received from DHL. However, the shipper informed me that because the item was coming from China and because of the coronavirus shutdown delivery would be delayed.
I contacted them at the end of February and again at the beginning of April. I have had no reply to either.
The email states that the parcel was delivered to my letterbox. Since I have been at the address continually, I can assure you no item was delivered to my address.

I wish I would have read up on this. I ordered a Millennium Falcon model and stand for 45 dollars when I finally got an email that my order had arrived, I was hugely disappointed, a freaking tshirt.

Me too. I ordered 3 of the robots and got 3 t-shirts. I am trying to report them to the BBB and can't find an address to give them. If anyone knows of an address let me know.

Why does Facebook let all these scammers advertise on their site? People are losing money and getting scammed everyday because no on Facebook takes them off and there are so many? I’m tired of writing with no results! I ordered a robot which was supposed to be delivered by Xmas and never did when I put in for a claim on Pay Pal they investigated n I lost because they finally delivered the item but it wasn’t anything like it was advertised! It was so different in many ways. What do I do?

Well... I wish I would have read this. I also ordered two blankets and received two rain coats in Medium. I am not a medium! I cant do anything with the rain coats and I am out $63.00. I am a huge fool.

The exact thing happened to me!

I bought a queen overstuffed blanket and what I received was a 39.90 T-shirt that was size medium I’m at least 2x! I know I didn’t order it and also I wouldn’t have paid 39.90 for a T-shirt! So I emailed, no word, I contacted my bank and PayPal! I try not to Order anything from China, I’m so sick of getting ripped off!

OMG...The same thing just happened to me! I also ordered a quilt from them and received a d**n t-shirt! I have sent atleast 8 emails to them and NO response back! This really soured me from EVER buying anything from China again! So, beware people, DON’T buy anything from this company again! D**n scam!

Total scam! I just received my order from lulusday and I received two T shirts and not my two comforters! I'm so mad! Do not order from lulusday they will rip you off! Thieves!

This is a scam! They say they delivered my blanket . My postal service says No. All lies .I have ordered From 2 different adds on Instagram and both are scams!
