I have the same story as all the other customers of Keenwalk who have been scammed by them. Here is the list of complaints I have about this outfit and their product:

    1. False advertising

    2. Poor quality workmanship

    3. Returns to China for unwanted product for approximately $30

    4. Promise of return of half the cost of their product and keep the product (shoes), then drag out the process saying it would take up to 75 days to settle the return of 50% of the cost paid.

    5. I was told this on Dec. 28, 2020 and still haven't received my refund and it April 9th, 2021.

This site and several other owned by same person who has a partnership with PayPal has a scam going. Product is substandard and produced by unskilled personnel. Will never refund money when you receive product that is falsely advertised as premium product and if they decide to will request you pay to ship back product to China then you will be out of the cost of both the price you paid for poorly produced product and returning to China. Furthermore PayPal is not going to assist you in any manner as their profit is made from the seller

Actually PayPal will just drag the situation on for months. Your only recourse is to write all public domains to bring this scam to the attention to the power of person or persons who can shut this down. Start with consumer reports, media, bbb, econsumer, YouTube and onward and include PayPal.
