I order yard raised plant beds for my garden End of March have not received anything but have been charged on my credit card in April, Thought with shipping it would take 2-3 weeks to receiver. No luck and just know put in to credit card. So angry. Joyce

I ordered patio furniture off of Zcsers site. Then had second thoughts about it. Tried to cancel my order. The cancellation failed and my credit card was charged. Contacted my cc company. They said I had to legally wait 30 days to dispute the charge. In the meantime it appears the website is gone and all url's do not work. Not happy with this. I am disputing this charge!

Apparently ZCSERS is a fraudulent company and should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook or anywhere else. That is too bad as I would have liked to order one of their products (garden). First clue....can't order options or get details on options shown.

Not yet. That is a good idea. It may prevent one other person from being scammed!

It was very easy to be duped into using zcsers.com even if we're careful! They have my credit card info, the transaction for a patio set occurred on the card, I didn't receive a confirmation email, I see a highly suspicious Contact Us email address, and I'm not even going to try to get my money refunded from that site. I will need to dispute by calling the credit card company.
Canada here...saw the ad on FB. Hope this message prevents someone else from using this site...:(

The same thing happened to us. We bought patio furniture super cheap and after seeing all of these bad review decided to dial their number we realized it was fictitious. Definitely a scam! I am calling the bank to disputed. I hope no one else fall for this like we did. thanks for all your comments.

I also made the same mistake, tried calling the company today and no answer, no email confirmation for purchase. I think this is scam! Hopefully I can get my money back.

Same here. I ordered a patio furniture set. Money came out of my bank as fast as I hit submit, but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. My bank details say "EvitaJoseph.com". I went on that website. It is a make-up company. They must have stolen their email info. This sucks. I wish I could get a hold of these people! My bank is filing a claim.

I tried to order an 8' x 8' raised cedar garden from an ad I saw on Facebook. When I checked my credit card bill, the amount was not what I had thought it would be, and the charge was labelled "realComfyHome.com". I went to that website and there was no 8'x8' garden in their inventory. I reached out to them by email and they responded that I had fallen for a scam, and that there was someone out there using their billing info. I contacted my bank and I must wait 30 days to file a dispute case. My original order was made on April 3rd.
