HMRC Scam Phone Calls - Legal and Arrest Threats

Hundreds or even thousands of people have reported getting HMRC scam calls. I got a scam call from telephone number 01142120864 where the caller claims he is from HMRC and there is a fraud case against. The caller then claims if I don't press "1" the police will be around to arrest me. Then I got another call, claiming I own Taxes and HMRC would issue a warrant for my arrest if I didn't press "1".
